Exactly how does the process work?
Answer: Go to the 'ordering page, select the service and level appropriate to your needs, and provide your contact and payment information. When your purchase order has been processed (usually in about 30 seconds) you will receive an automated response from the website. You will receive a telephone call from your assigned writer.

Is there any limit to the number of drafts?
Answer: No, we want our clients to feel absolutely comfortable that they are sending out their very best resume or CV.

Will you interview me at home on on the weekends?
Answer: Of course. We interview clients at home, during weekends, and even early in the morning as we know that many of our clients are currently working and cannot be available for an interview during working hours.

How many pages will the new resume or CV be?
Answer: We do not charge by the page as some of the resume writing firms do - we believe that some clients are better represented by a single page resume while others are better represented by a two page resume. Except in the case of CVs, we seldom write documents exceeding two pages - unless longer document is in the best interest of the client or done for effect.

Do we guarantee you will get a job?
Answer: No, but we do guarantee you will get interviews and if the resume or CV we write for you does not produce interviews you can consider it our fault, not yours. We will gladly rewrite the document, without delay or charge to you, until it does produce interviews for you.

What about confidentiality?
Answer: We value the confidentiality of our file information above all else. Even your mother could not get information from us and we never, ever, discuss your information with anyone without first getting your written consent. E-mail addresses and telephone numbers are NEVER released, sold, bartered, traded, or otherwise compromised - you have our word on that.

Do you use templates?
Answer: Absolutely not, every resume or CV we write is a new and unique resume with a completely new look, we never use cookie-cutter templates.

What about power and scanable words?
Answer: Every new resume and CV is written using power words that have been proven successful in generating interviews, with words that score high by scanning programs, and each new resume/CV is formatted in a style that will make you stand out from the crowd.

Can I make changes to the final documents?
Answer:
Purchase from us and you will get your new resume/CV (and cover letter, if ordered) in MSWord format (so you can make changes) and in ASCII (Text) format (so you can post your resume to job boards for easy electronic scanning). These formats are called the Presentation and the Internet/Scannable formats and are provided without extra charge - something you will not get from most resume companies where you often pay an extra $100 or more just for the ASCII (Scannable) format. For a complete and successful search you need your resume in these formats.

In other words, when we have completed our assignment, you will have your resume or CV in all versions currently necessary for a successful search. You can immediately respond to any posted opportunity and you will have the ability to make changes to the documents so that you can respond to the particular needs of any employer.

Are the costs I pay tax deductible?
Answer: While we suggest that you consult a tax professional, in the United States it may be possible to deduct most job-seeking expenses on your income tax return, even if you are presently employed.
